Wattenberg Disposal, L.L.C. ("Wattenberg") is an affiliated company of KPK which owns the only commercial non-hazardous EPA regulated Class 1 and Class 2 deep injection disposal well and facility in the State of Colorado. A 40 acre farm containing the 10 acre site of the Wattenberg facility is owned by KLD and the facility is operated by KWS.
