Kevin P. Kauffman founded KPK in 1984 and serves as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President. Mr. Kauffman holds a BS in Business Administration - Accounting and Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Northridge. Mr. Kauffman sits on several boards, including Denver Health, Colorado Prevention Center, The Angel Flight Foundation, and COGA. He has been an avid aviator for over 40 years.

    Jeffrey V. Kauffman is the Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Kauffman holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University, a Master of Electrical Engineering degree and a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University. He founded and manages a web design and development firm and worked for Merrill Lynch prior to joining KPK.

    Valerie F. Lohnes is the Chief Accounting Officer. She received a BS in Finance and MBA from Regis University and has been with the company since 1988.

    Avi D. Mehler is the Land Manager. He holds a BS in Finance from Yeshiva University and received his MBA from the University of Colorado Denver. He joined the company in 2007 with a background in Real Estate.
